1. Account Terms

You must be a human. Accounts registered by "bots" or other automated methods are not permitted. You must provide a valid email address and other requested details to complete signup. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account password.

2. Shopify Store Connections

FixNRank provides custom API connection options. You acknowledge that authorization permissions (scopes) granted to FixNRank are used to sync catalogs, perform audits, and update product details. You remain the sole owner of your store catalog and can revert changes at any time.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed on a monthly recurring basis. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel subscription plans directly through your customer dashboard billing section.

4. Account Termination & Data Deletion

You may cancel your subscription and stop using FixNRank at any time from your dashboard. If you disconnect or uninstall FixNRank from your Shopify store, we stop syncing new data immediately; any data already stored for that store is deleted from our systems within 30 days, in line with our Privacy Policy. To request full account deletion sooner, contact us at the email listed on our Support page.
