At FixNRank, we value your privacy and security. This Privacy Policy details how we handle information when you use our SaaS application ("Growth Content Autopilot").

1. Information We Collect

When you register for FixNRank, we collect your name, email address, and billing information. When you connect a Shopify store, we collect store catalog data (products, collections, pages, articles) to sync the content mirror in our MySQL database. We also collect and encrypt API credentials (tokens) required to push optimization updates back to Shopify. FixNRank does not request or store your Shopify customers' personal data, order history, or payment details — our Shopify permissions are limited to product and content data only.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to diagnose SEO metadata & product descriptions, perform keyword research, draft AI optimization targets, push authorized changes directly to Shopify, and send weekly momentum digests. We do not sell or share store data with third parties.

3. Data Security

All Shopify API credentials and keys are stored encrypted at rest using industry-standard Laravel encryption casts. Subscriptions and card payments are processed by Stripe directly — FixNRank never stores your raw card number.

4. Data Retention & Your Rights

If you disconnect or uninstall FixNRank from your Shopify store, Shopify notifies us and we delete the data associated with that store from our database within 30 days. You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or request full deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us — see below.
